As a group of five, we were invited to make a work for Eight Cubic Meters, curated by Buro Rietveld. Inspired by the location of the public gallery in a narrow street in the heart of Amsterdam, we wanted to work around the short glimpse that passers-by usually catch of the work. We decided therefore to create a setting for a story, rather than the story itself. As imput we used lines from our own writings and combined them with an atmospheric, screen-printed, blue backbone.
